Architectural Digest: Yerba Buena Island Breaks Ground with an Esteemed Design Team
Architectural Digest reported on crews breaking ground for luxury condominiums and townhomes on Yerba Buena Island back in 2019, highlighting the renowned design team behind these residences. After 20 years of planning work, San Francisco developer Wilson Meany tapped designers from a host of firms, including Anne Howerton and Tim Slattery of Hart Howerton for exteriors, Vivian Lee of Edmonds + Lee and Gray Davis of Meyer Davis for interiors, and Lauren Stahl of CMG Landscape Architecture. With sales underway and construction at The Bristol nearing completion, these Yerba Buena Island homes are poised to redefine San Francisco luxury living with a bespoke neighborhood centered around luxury amenities and surrounded by lush nature and the iconic San Francisco Bay.

BISNOW: Yerba Buena Island condos lead way in treasure island mega project
BisNow was on the scene when crews broke ground for the first of the 8,000 homes going up on Yerba Buena and Treasure Islands in the middle of San Francisco Bay. The Yerba Buena Island homes at The Bristol will be the first residences to come to market, ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms and townhomes, all with access to the building’s suite of resort-style health and wellness amenities. These unique homes perched on the rocky hills of Yerba Buena Island will have sweeping San Francisco Bay views, and residents will have easy access to the five miles of trails and 72 acres of parks and green space on the island.
