The Island Lifestyle

A Natural Foundation for Wellbeing

On Yerba Buena Island, daily life unfolds at a different pace. Open space, water, and light shape how the island is experienced, creating a way of living that feels restorative yet connected. Set within a rare island environment with sweeping Bay views, the lifestyle balances time outdoors with easy access to the city. Nature, movement, shared spaces, and access to the city come together to form a life that feels grounded, active, and deeply human, all just minutes from San Francisco.

Amenities & Experiences

Designed to extend daily life beyond the home, the island’s amenities support movement, relaxation, and connection throughout the day. Open-air lounges, landscaped terraces, fitness and movement spaces, and areas designed for play and gathering encourage a more balanced rhythm of living, with community programming woven into daily life.

Acres of Green

Miles of
lush trails

A network of scenic trails weaves throughout Yerba Buena Island and Treasure Island, connecting parks, amenities, and waterfronts. Paths range from paved walkways and hillside stairs to shaded, tree-lined routes ideal for hiking, biking, or dog walking. Many trails connect directly to the 500-mile San Francisco Bay Trail, extending access across the region which winds through nine counties, 47 cities, and the East Bay.

More Parks,
More Play

Across Yerba Buena Island and neighboring Treasure Island, acres of open green space create a natural setting for everyday wellbeing. By 2026, approximately eight parks across both islands will offer a range of environments, from forested hillsides and extensive trail systems to dog-friendly parks and waterfront green spaces with panoramic Bay views. Together, the islands’ rugged terrain and varied topography invite daily time outdoors, supporting balance, movement, and a deeper
connection to nature.
