The Townhomes
The Townhomes at Yerba Buena Island are large three- and four-level, single-family row houses with private entrances
and an attached garage, designed to follow the natural contours of the island’s hillsides. Each Townhome features
expansive windows and generous terraces that capture the panoramic island, bay, and city views.
Designed by Hart Howerton with interiors by Meyer Davis, these spacious, multi-story residences
feature voluminous ceiling heights of 10’5”, private entrances, and an attached garage with elevators in select homes.
The Townhomes at Yerba Buena Island invite residents to enjoy the most spectacular uninterrupted views of the Bay from the private home setting. Stretching from San Francisco to East Bay, the ever-changing panorama captures the vibrant light of city skyline, the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, Angel Island, Marin Headlands, the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Offered in light and dark palettes, the spa-style bathrooms are outfitted with a
thoughtfully-curated selection of natural finishes and Dornbracht fixtures.
